Anyone who sees Franklin Cook, 27, is asked to call 911
Victoria police are looking for a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who failed to return to a Victoria halfway house.
Franklin Cook, 27, is described as Indigenous, five-foot-five and about 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He often has a moustache and a goatee.
Anyone who sees Cook is asked to call 911. Those with information on his whereabouts are asked to call Victoria police at 250-995-7654, extension 1 or report anonymously to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
