Public Service Alliance of Canada,  PSAC\uff09\u8207\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u7cfe\u7e8f\u4e86\u8a31\u4e45\u7684\u8ac7\u5224\uff0c\u7d42\u65bc\u2500\u2500\u6495\u7834\u81c9\u4e86\u3002<br><br>\u64daCBC\u5831\u9053\uff0c\u5305\u62ec35,000\u540d\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7a05\u52d9\u5c40\uff08CRA\uff09\u54e1\u5de5\u5728\u5167\u7684\u5927\u7d04155,000\u540d PSAC\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u65bc4\u670819\u65e5\u6de9\u666812\uff1a01 \u8d77\uff0c\u6b63\u5f0f\u5c55\u958b\u7f77\u5de5\u3002<br><br>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebd\u8981\u7279\u5225\u63d0\u5230\u7a05\u52d9\u5c40\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u90a3\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6b64\u6b21\u7f77\u5de5\u6b63\u597d\u662f\u5728\u5831\u7a05\u5b63\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u4ee5\u70ba\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u7f77\u5de5\uff0c\u5831\u7a05\u6642\u9593\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ef6\u9577\u4e86\u3002<br><br>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u8a72\u5831\u7684\u7a05\u9084\u662f\u8981\u5831\uff0cCRA\u65b9\u9762\u65e9\u5df2\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u5831\u7a05\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u56e0\u7f77\u5de5\u800c\u5ef6\u9072\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u73fe\u5728\u7533\u5831\u6240\u5f97\u7a05\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7dda\u4e0a\u7533\u5831\u7684\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u7d0d\u7a05\u4eba\u4ecd\u5f97\u4e56\u4e56\u57285\u67081\u65e5\u524d\u5831\u7a05\u3002<br><br>\u7576\u7136\u5566\uff0cCRA \u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u8072\u660e\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c07\u512a\u5148\u652f\u4ed8\u798f\u5229\u91d1\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5152\u7ae5\u798f\u5229\u91d1 \uff08CCB\uff09\u4ecd\u5c07\u6309\u8a08\u5283\u767c\u653e\u3002<br><br>\u25a0\u4e0d\u80fd\u958b\u7a7a\u767d\u652f\u7968<br><br>\u6309\u5de5\u6703\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\uff0c\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u8207 PSAC \u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u8ac7\u5224\u65e9\u5728\u5169\u5e74\u524d\uff0c 2021 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u5c31\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u4f46\u96d9\u65b9\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\uff08 2022 \uff09 5 \u6708\u9677\u5165\u50f5\u5c40\u3002<br><br>\u96d9\u65b9\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u662f\u5728\u85aa\u6c34\uff0cPSAC \u8981\u6c42\u5728 3 \u5e74\u5167\u52a0\u85aa 13.5%\uff08\u6bcf\u5e74 4.5%\uff09\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u8ca1\u653f\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u79d8\u66f8\u8655\u5247\u63d0\u51fa 3 \u5e74\u52a0\u85aa 9%\u3002<br><br>\u5dee\u5f97\u90a3\u9ebd\u5927\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8ca1\u653f\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2dMona Fortier\u614b\u5ea6\u5f88\u5f37\u786c\uff0cPSAC\u5fc5\u9808\u300c\u6e96\u5099\u59a5\u5354\u300d\u8207\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u9054\u6210\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u80fd\u300c\u7d66\u4ed6\u5011\u958b\u7a7a\u767d\u652f\u7968\u300d\u3002<br><br>\u5c31\u9019\u6a23\uff0c\u8b93\u9019\u6b21\u7f77\u5de5\u7121\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u5c55\u958b\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u7e3d\u7406\u7279\u9b6f\u591a\uff08Justin Trudeau\uff09 \u547c\u7c72\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u548c\u52de\u5de5\u5118\u5feb\u56de\u5230\u8ac7\u5224\u684c\uff1b\u800c\u5de5\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2dChris Aylward\u6de1\u6de1\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u8ac7\u5224\u684c\u4e0a\u7684\u3002\u300d<br><br><br>\u9019\u6b21\u7f77\u5de5\u865f\u7a31\u53f2\u8a69\u7d1a\u7684\u7f77\u5de5\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u975ePSAC\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u767e\u59d3\u4f86\u8b1b\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u95dc\u5fc3\u5831\u7a05\u6642\u9593\u548c\u725b\u5976\u91d1\u798f\u5229\u91d1\u6703\u4e0d\u6703\u6309\u6642\u767c\u653e\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u7121\u611f\uff0c\u5373\u6642\u6c11\u773e\u95dc\u5fc3\u7684\u5169\u5927\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u7b54\u6848\u4e86\uff0c\u5373\u525b\u525b\u8b1b\u7684\uff0c\u5831\u7a05\u7167\u820a\uff0c\u798f\u5229\u91d1\u6c92\u5c11\uff0c\u99ac\u7167\u8dd1\u821e\u7167\u8df3\uff01<br><br>\u25a0\u539f\u4f86\u8cc7\u65b9\u662f\u6211\u5011<br><br>\u4f46\u5728\u7f77\u5de5\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5929\uff0c\u5373 4\u670820\u65e5\u5468\u56db\u90a3\u5929\uff0c\u526f\u7e3d\u7406\u517c\u8ca1\u653f\u90e8\u9577\u65b9\u6167\u862d\uff08Chrystia Freeland\uff09\u4e00\u5e2d\u8a71\u537b\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u8a3b\u610f\uff0c\u6709\u9ede\u4e00\u8a9e\u9a5a\u9192\u5922\u4e2d\u4eba\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u3002<br><br>\u5979\u5728\u5b89\u7701\u4e00\u9593\u6838\u96fb\u5ee0\u7684\u8a18\u8005\u6703\u4e0a\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u78cb\u5546\u52a0\u85aa\u5e45\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u8b39\u8a18\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u52de\u82e6\u5927\u773e\u662f\u652f\u4ed8\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u85aa\u916c\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u3002\u300d<br><br>\u9019\u53e5\u8a71\u7684\u6f5b\u81fa\u8a5e\u6642\uff0c\u5de5\u6703\u4ee3\u8868\u52de\u65b9\uff0c\u8cc7\u65b9\u4e0d\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u7d0d\u7a05\u4eba\u3002<br><br>\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u6bcf\u52a0\u4e00\u584a\u9322\u7684\u85aa\u6c34\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5f9e\u7d0d\u7a05\u4eba\u7684\u8377\u5305\u88cf\u638f\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u3002\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u9019\u5927\u7d04155,000\u540d\u53c3\u8207\u7f77\u5de5\u7684\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u4e5f\u662f\u7d0d\u7a05\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\uff0c\u901915\u842c\u591a\uff0c\u7b97\u4ed616\u842c\u597d\u4e86\uff0c\u662f16\u842c\u4eba\u591a\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5176\u4ed62300\u842c\u4eba\u591a\uff0c\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u901916\u842c\u4eba\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u628a\u638f\u51fa\u53bb\u7684\u7a05\u9322\u518d\u591a\u62ff\u4e00\u4e9b\u56de\u4f86\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u4ed62300\u842c\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u5c31\u662f\u767d\u767d\u591a\u638f\u9322\u2026\u2026<br><br>\u9019\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u4e0d\u662f PSAC\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u537b\u9084\u80fd\u6de1\u5b9a\u4ee5\u5c0d\uff0c\u4e5f\u771f\u662f\u6c92\u8ab0\u4e86\uff01<br><br>\u8207\u806f\u90a6\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u5927\u7f77\u5de5\u5dee\u4e0d\u591a\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u897f\u6377\u822a\u7a7a\uff08West
