Assistance in Dying\uff0cMAiD\uff09\u3002<br><br>\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\u5df2\u5224\u5b9a\u4ed6\u6c92\u6709\u6d3b\u547d\u6a5f\u6703\u4e86\u3002<br><br>\u9019\u4f4d\u9000\u4f11\u8fb2\u6c11\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u91ab\u751f Christopher Applewhaite\u56de\u61b6\u8aaa\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u57286\u6708\u78ba\u8a3a\u81bd\u7ba1\u764c\uff0c\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u9084\u6c92\u64f4\u6563\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u7acb\u523b\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u6548\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u6703\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5b58\u6d3b\u6a5f\u6703\uff01<br><br>\u25a0\u91ab\u751f\u8d70\u4eba\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u9577<br><br>\u74b0\u7403\u90f5\u5831\uff08The Global and Mail\uff09\u4ee5\u300cBC\u6709\u4e9b\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5c31\u8a3a\u524d\uff0c\u5c31\u88ab\u5197\u9577\u7684\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u62d6\u6b7b\u300d\uff08Lengthy wait times have some B.C. cancer patients dying before their first consultations\uff09\u70ba\u984c\u505a\u4e86\u7bc7\u5831\u9053\uff0c\u76f4\u6307BC\u7701\u5c0d\u5f85\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u62d6\u6c93\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u8b93\u60a3\u8005\u6789\u9001\u6027\u547d\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u91ab\u751f\u5c0d\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\u5931\u53bb\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002<\/p><figure \u540d\u91ab\u5b78\u548c\u653e\u5c04\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u5bb6\u96e2\u958b\u4e86\u7701\u7d1a\u764c\u75c7\u6a5f\u69cb \uff08BC Cancer\uff09\u3002<br><br>\u4e00\u4e9b\u4eba\u544a\u8a34\u5a92\u9ad4\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u89ba\u5f97\u7121\u6cd5\u518d\u63d0\u4f9b\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7684\u8b77\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4e5f\u6709\u91ab\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u764c\u672b\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u7121\u6cd5\u5fcd\u53d7\u764c\u75c7\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u6642\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u6c42\u52a9MAiD\u3002<br><br>\u6709\u8abf\u67e5\u767c\u73fe\uff0cBC\u7701\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u7b49\u5f85\u6578\u6708\u624d\u80fd\u958b\u59cb\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<br><br>\u6839\u64da\u74b0\u7403\u90f5\u5831\u524d\u4e00\u9663\u5b50\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u5831\u9053\uff0cBC\u7701\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u60a3\u5728\u88ab\u5bb6\u5ead\u91ab\u751f\u8f49\u4ecb\u5230\u816b\u7624\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u7684\u5169\u5468\u6642\u9593\u5167\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e94\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6210\u529f\u898b\u5230\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u3002\u770b\u770b\u5b89\u7701\uff0c\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u5927\u7d04 75% \u7684\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u5169\u5468\u5167\u5c31\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8a3a\u6cbb\u3002<br><br>\u91ab\u8005\u7236\u6bcd\u5fc3\uff0c\u505a\u70ba\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u7121\u6cd5\u8b93\u75c5\u4eba\u5f97\u5230\u6700\u5feb\u6700\u597d\u7684\u8a3a\u6cbb\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u5fc3\u4e2d\u7684\u907a\u61be\uff0c\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0cBC \u7701\u764c\u75c7\u91ab\u751f\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u3001\u5026\u6020\u548c\u6d88\u6975\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\u662f\u5168\u570b\u91ab\u751f\u4e4b\u6700\u3002<br><br>\u6709\u764c\u75c7\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4eca\u5929BC\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6839\u6e90\u81ea2000\u5e74\u4ee3\u7684\u7701\u5e9c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u66f4\u63db\u4e86\u4e00\u6279\u764c\u75c7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08Cancer Authority\uff09\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u5c64\uff0c\u4f46\u554f\u984c\u662f\uff0c\u90a3\u500b\u6642\u5019BC\u7701\u764c\u75c7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u9ad8\u5c64\uff0c\u537b\u672a\u80fd\u9810\u671f\u5230\u672a\u4f86\u4eba\u53e3\u7684\u589e\u9577\u548c\u8001\u9f61\u5316\u554f\u984c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u6703\u8b93\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u4f8b\u6fc0\u589e\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0a\u505a\u8b8a\u9769\u3002<br><br>\u773c\u775c\u775c\u770b\u7740\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u88ab\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u300c\u62d6\u300d\u6b7b\uff0c Christopher Applewhaite\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5197\u9577\u7684\u7b49\u5019\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u771f\u7684\u6703\u7d66\u60a3\u8005\u5e36\u4f86\u300c\u975e\u5e38\u975e\u5e38\u56b4\u91cd\u300d\uff08very, very significant\uff09\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\u3002<br><br>\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u770b\u904e\u592a\u591a\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u90a3\u4f4d\u9000\u4f11\u8fb2\u6c11\u53ea\u662f\u5176\u4e00\uff0c\u60f3\u8d77\u4f86\u771f\u8b93\u4eba\u5fc3\u788e\u3002\u4e0d\u61c9\u8a72\u9019\u6a23\u554a\uff01\u300d<\/p><figure \uff09\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u96a8\u7740\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u9577\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u5e6b\u52a9\u75c5\u60a3\u505a\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u5c11\u3002<br><br>\u5979\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u73fe\u5728\u6211\u5011\u53ea\u80fd\u7d66\u6b62\u75db\u85e5\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u4e00\u4e9b\u7665\u72c0\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u6700\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff1b\u81f3\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4e5f\u5e6b\u4e0d\u4e86\u3002\u300d<br><br>\u25a0\u4f60\u5728\u8f2a\u5019\uff0c\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u64f4\u6563<br><br>UBC\u5a66\u79d1\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u517c BC Cancer \u5a66\u79d1\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u767c\u8a00\u4eba Sarah Finlayson\u4e5f \u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u3002<br><br>\u5f9e 4 \u6708\u5230 6 \u6708\uff0c\u5728BC\u7701\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u53ea\u6709 4.7% \u7684\u5b50\u5bae\u5167\u819c\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u8a3a\u65b7\u5f8c 8 \u5468\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u6642\u9593\u5167\u63a5\u53d7\u624b\u8853\u3002\u53ea\u6709 3.9% \u7684 1 \u7d1a\u548c 2 \u7d1a\u816b\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8f49\u8a3a\u5f8c 6 \u5468\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u6642\u9593\u5167\u63a5\u53d7\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u800c 3 \u7d1a\u816b\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u8f49\u8a3a\u5f8c 4 \u5468\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u6642\u9593\u5167\u63a5\u53d7\u624b\u8853\u3002<br><br>\u66f4\u9ad8\u7d1a\u5225\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u751f\u9577\u66f4\u5feb\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u64f4\u6563\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u764c\u672b\uff0c\u60f3\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u5f97\u5230\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<br><br>\u9019\u9084\u53ea\u662f\u8f49\u8a3a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7b97\u4e0a\u505a\u5404\u7a2e\u6aa2\u67e5\u9084\u8981\u7b49\u5f85\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u8aaa\u00a0BC\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u60a3\u88ab\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u300c\u62d6\u300d\u6b7b\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u8a87\u5f35\u3002<br><br>UBC\u653e\u5c04\u5b78\u7cfb\u5c08\u9580\u5f9e\u4e8b\u4e73\u817a\u6210\u50cf\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u6559\u6388Paula
